West End in The Woods includes an unforgettable dining experience. The evening promises a beautiful three-course dinner, where guests dine surrounded by ancient pines and a woodland canopy at tables adorned with centre pieces of candles and greenery from the woodland. All dining packages also include three bottles of wine per table. 

A beautiful menu with seasonal produce will be launched closer to the event.

SHARING BOARD

Watermelon, olives, marinated dill and lemon feta, muhammara sun-dried tomato spread in kilner jar, pickled vegetables, brussels sprouts and dijon aoli and a selection of Italian meats. Served with:​

  • Warm homemade bread, herby flat breads, crackers, oils and butters

  • Choice of Romaesco, Chimichurri or Yuri's Herby Pesto

Vegan Option available

MAIN COURSE

Spanish boneless chicken thigh with chorizo in a smoky tomato sauce. Finished with roasted peppers, coriander, pomegranate and toasted almonds. Served with:

  • Smashed green potatoes with rosemary, olive, caper, parsley and red onion

  • Kale salad with avocado, pomegranate, blistered corn, cucumber, cherry tomato, spring onion, black beans, lime and coriander oil

  • Tabbouleh salad, bulgar wheat, fresh mint, green onion, cucumber, tomato.

Vegan Option

Ginger sweet potato and coconut milk stew with lentils and kale. Served with:

  • Coriander and brown rice

PUDDING
